Yehuda Baruch (DSc Technion, Israel, PostDoc at City University and London Business School) is a Professor of Management at Southampton Business School, the University of Southampton, UK, and Affiliated Professor, Audencia, Nantes France. His research covers a broad range of topics, with a particular focus on careers (organizational career systems, career ecosystems) and global HRM/global careers. He has published over 150 refereed papers, including in Journal of Management, Academy of Management Annals, Human Resource Management, Organizational Dynamics, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Relations, Research Policy and Organization Studies among other journals, and over 50 books and book chapters. His work is widely cited (over 20,000 Google Scholar citations, H-index of 68). Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and BAM.
