Description

Young children can feel lonely for many reasons, even those with siblings and lots of friends. My Lonely Book helps children to make sense of and deal with loneliness. When they are young many children do not have the language to express how they feel. This charmingly illustrated, empathetically written book takes children on a heartfelt journey with sweet Elephant as she experiences feelings of loneliness. Alongside Elephant children learn to recognize their feelings and discover ways to make themselves feel better. My Lonely Book provides the insight and vocabulary youngsters need to express how they feel and encourages them to talk about their feelings. Perfect for children aged 4+.
