Rose Steele, RN, PhD, is a full professor in the School of Nursing, Faculty of Health, York University, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Jennifer Baird, RN, MPH, MSW, PhD, is the director of Clinical Services Education and Research at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, California, USA.
