Bought this on sale and was really happy with the value. Cheap thumbstick covers and play and charge cable which is essential because Sony PS4 controllers don't come with them. However, the play and charge cable does not stay in and I need to hold it in and push up a little to make it charge, this is just unacceptable and happened only a week after purchase. I take care of my PS4 gear and the rest has lasted 3 or more years. I don't know if I want to apply for a refund because I do like the thumbstick covers.
