Birgit Baader grew up in the Black Forest, surrounded by natural power places and energy portals that had been honoured and nurtured by many human traditions. From her mother she learned a lot about herbal medicine, her father shared his deep connection and love for “basic universal things” such as gardening, conservation and star-gazing with her. Reconnecting with her Celtic heritage, Birgit learned from ancient stone and forest beings as well as from other teachers in the lineage of Wyrd and has been walking with spirit since she can remember. She currently has her base in Aotearoa (New Zealand), in Kina/Tasman. Birgit is an internationally operating author, speaker and seminar leader (women & youth work, holistic health, conscious birth, spiritual business), co-founder of Ako-A-Rongo Charitable Trust (holistic education), and brings 30 years of experience in assisting people in the education and health sector. She currently teaches and works from her own clinic in the Tasman region as well as internationally.
