His academic portfolio includes dean, principal lecturer, stream coordinator, program leader and etc. Prior to his academic career, he worked in the capacity of business analyst, project manager, and regional manager in the development of business enterprise systems. He has published in a number of indexed journals and his current research interests include e-commerce, social commerce, digital marketing, mobile business apps, and business analytics.
