Eight-time world record holder Marawa Ibrahim was once told she didn't have what it takes to be a performer. Today, she holds world records for the most hoops spun by an individual and the fastest 100 meters in high-heeled skates. Her practice ranges from digital artwork to photo illustrations to set design, and now human typefaces. Based in South London, she has worked in-house as a book designer for various publishing houses. Her work has been included in London exhibitions and the Venice Biennale.
