Description

The perfect Halloween read-aloud! From the New York Times bestselling duo who brought you The Little Ghost Who Lost Her Boo! comes another not-so-spooky Halloween romp about a little witch who goes on a ghostly hunt to find her lost broom!  Perfect for fans of Five Little Pumpkins, Room on the Broom, and Creepy Crayon! Little Witch couldn't wait for the full moon to rise, when witches on broomsticks would take to the skies. She called to her cat, "We fly tonight, Gloom!" and they went to the cupboard to dust off her broom. The cupboard door creaked as it swung open wide. But oh, what a shock! There was nothing inside! Poor Little Witch has lost her broom! She checks all the closets, the attic, the shed, even her cauldron and under the bed--but it's nowhere to be found. So, without her broom, she tries out a scooter, a plane, and a bike, but none of them are right! Will Little Witch ever find her lost broom? With bold and gorgeous art accompanied by bouncy, rhyming text, The Little Witch Who Lost Her Broom is a charming, not-so-scary read-aloud perfect for Halloween! Praise for The Little Witch Who Lost Her Broom!: "A real treat, ready to be swept up from Halloween-display shelves." -- Kirkus Reviews Praise for The Little Ghost Who Lost Her Boo!: "This interactive feature is sure to be a crowd-pleaser." -- The Horn Book Magazine "In time for Halloween, a BOO-k about a ghost that young readers will enjoy." -- Kirkus Reviews "Bickell and McGrath have created an endearing read-aloud that hits all the right notes, with clever rhyming text that invites audience participation." -- School Library Journal
