He is an expert in China's Belt and Road Initiative and regular political commentator in the media. Francisco B. S. José Leandro received a Ph.D. in political science and international relations from the Catholic University of Portugal in 2010. He is currently an associate professor and Assistant Dean of the Institute for Research on Portuguese-Speaking Countries at the City University of Macau, China. Enrique Martínez Galán received a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Lisbon in 2018. Currently, he is Associate Professor and Program Director at the Stephen Zuellig School of Development Management - Asian Institute of Management, Philippines, and Researcher at Center for African and Development Studies of ISEG-Lisbon School of Economics and Management. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank”.
