This is a great idea for transformation of public administration. The government administration is now transforming. There is a need of training in the area of public administration. The concept of public administration will completely change with the concept of Pradhan Sewak. This is a revolutionary initiative in the field of public administration. Administrators have to work as servants or well-wishers to the public. There is a change in attitude, approach and philosophy to administration.
