Author Biography:

Mark Lussier is Professor of English in the EnglishDepartment at Arizona State University. He has published widely onnumerous cultural concerns, from the status of women during theRestoration through the emergence of Buddhism in Nineteenth-CenturyEurope to the satiric dimensions of modern and contemporarysurrealism. Dana Tait is a Lecturer in the English Department at ArizonaState University. Her research interests focus on the longnineteenth century, particularly the Cockney School ofRomantic poets and aestheticism.
