Author Biography

Andy Byfield studied botany at Bristol, before devoting three years research to the flora of the Lizard District (Cornwall), one of the five most important plant hotspots in the UK. He has a passion for all things botanical, together with the gardened and natural worlds that they inhabit. He is a founder of the wild plant charity Plantlife and tussles with two acres of walled garden in south Devon.
