Mental Health and Domestic Violence are a problem we face in America. As a black woman, we are sometimes conditioned to see ourselves as the victim. We must take back our power. We must learn to stand together, not only as black women, but women in general. No other human being has the power to control you, your mind or your desires in life. Once you realize God is in control of all things, use the power God gives you to reach your full potential. Walk in your purpose, using your presence, operating in God's Power; to praise God for all things. Be in the world, but choose to walk in the destiny God created you for. Use God given intelligence to add to others and make a powerful impact in someone else's life. Sometimes a setback is a setup, for a comeback. What you did not know then, use wisdom to make you stronger. Nothing is final except death. Take all your pain, and turn it into a powerful future version of yourself. Become all God created you to be!
