Member"Easy to assemble with all the tools needed (took me about 10 minutes). Sturdy in use and it feels like it can take some weight. If you're lifting serious weights you might want to go for a more pro-bench but for a home gym with daily cardio and dumb bells this does the job just fine."

"This is a nice well-built unit, good quality make and very simple to put together. The leather on the pads is good, reasonably breathable but you will need a towel. Unit folds into a smaller space and can be stored as well. I will state though that the 'cables' are not good quality, they arent rubber but the same as an old 'ocky strap' and the carabiners used to attach them are quite thin - I would want to upgrade both before I would trust them enough to be used. Other than that a great buy, recommended."
