It converts the cars power and speaker plug into a standard ISO connection, suitable for all aftermarket head units (Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony etc).
You simply plug one end of the adaptor into your cars original wiring harness, and the other end into the new head unit. No cutting of wires is necessary.
