There are two convenient cleaning options tailored to your needs. Basket Cleaning Mode allows you to remove the model from the build plate and place it directly into the basket, accommodating a maximum wash volume of 230mm x 135mm x 260mm. Hanging Cleaning Mode lets you fix the build plate on the brackets for cleaning, with newly added adjustable support brackets that adapt to build plates up to 10 inches.
This mode allows for a maximum wash volume of 214mm x 135mm x 180mm. Featuring an upgraded POM bearing, the Mercury Plus V3.0 ensures smoother rotation and better water agitation at high speed, resulting in more efficient cleaning and thorough resin removal. For curing, the machine uses a 360-degree rotating turntable with 24 powerful 405nm UV lights, delivering fast, even curing that captures every detail.
The combination of lamp columns and reflective mirrors beneath the transparent turntable enhances light refraction, ensuring consistent top-to-bottom curing and improved surface quality.
