Member"I like the thickness that makes it feel like lying on a soft clusters of cloud. The inner coil spring doesn't make much noise and movement while in use. Most of all the handles on the side makes it easier for changing sheets. But the only thing I don't like it the weight, I would one like the manufacturer to make it lighter for handling purposes. I would always recommend Kogan products, they are awesome as well as the customer support team."
