This Product can be used in gas and electric ovens. Before first use wash in warm soapy water & dry thoroughly

Allow to cool before washing and avoid severe temperature changes. If Burnt food is left on, leave to soak in hot soapy water before attempting to clean

Always use oven gloves or hand protection when removing this item from the oven.

Do not bake at more then 425°F/220°C or place or direct heat, electric radiant element,  gas flame or under the grill.
