Steve Cipriano is a Texas-based illustrator, author, and educator whose visual storytelling blends nostalgia, emotion, and culture. Known for his expressive claymation-inspired and cartoon-style artwork, Steve brings characters to life with heart and humor. As the creator of MisterC TV, he designs visuals that teach and inspire through music, movement, and story. His illustration work spans children’s books, SEL media, and nationally recognized street art, as well as the young adult novel ’95, where he captures the raw rhythm and soul of 1990s youth culture.
