Author Biography

James is a retired college professor; however, for much of his career, he held a variety of positions in the corporate world. He has a DBA in international business, an MBA, and two engineering degrees. Although he has published academic articles, this is his first venture into the world of fiction. Although he received Christ at an early age, he began to drift, and by the time the college years arrived, he had become a skeptic of Christianity. Throughout those years and beyond, he sought answers from other religious and mystic philosophies to questions about God’s existence, reality, and more. However, it wasn’t until years later, after marrying and starting a family, that he found his way back to Christ and has followed Him ever since. It is at these crossroads of his spiritual, business, engineering, and academic experiences that A Conversation with an Arachnid was born.
