Author Biography
I’m a Registered Nurse and mother of an Autistic Nonverbal child. In my profession, compassion and active listening are paramount in providing quality care to individuals. These attributes along with patience, love, nurturing and self reflection are essential in parenting a special needs child. Therefore, I’ve written this book to help others especially parents and caregivers create a safe, loving space for special needs children to feel valued and explore their greatest potential.
