Rand Cardwell is a writer, poet, and lifelong student of Stoic philosophy who has spent over twenty-five years exploring how inner strength is forged through adversity. With his background as a trained military observer and a deep creative sensibility, his work bridges the gap between discipline and reflection. He is the author of several respected books on martial arts, poetry, and philosophy, including the ongoing Becoming Stoic series. Cardwell lives in East Tennessee, where he continues to write, reflect, and enjoy the quiet rewards of a deliberate life.
