Martha Stainton is an End-of-Life Doula and Life Coach dedicated to helping people prepare for death with tenderness, clarity, and compassion. Inspired by her own experiences supporting loved ones, she guides others through the emotional, legal, medical, and funeral decisions that bring peace instead of chaos. Her book, Before I Go… My Greatest Gift to You, invites readers to approach death with grace, intention, and love. When she’s not supporting clients or volunteering at her local hospice, Martha finds peace in watercolour painting, meditation, and writing-always honoring life’s final chapter with dignity and care.
