The Book of Revelation, the final book of the New Testament, is a prophetic and symbolic vision written by John while exiled on the island of Patmos. It reveals a dramatic spiritual battle between good and evil, portraying the ultimate triumph of God and Christ over Satan, sin, and death. The book begins with messages to seven churches, followed by a series of apocalyptic visions involving seals, trumpets, and bowls that bring judgments upon the earth. Key themes include the perseverance of the faithful, the fall of Babylon (symbolizing corrupt worldly power), the defeat of the beast and false prophet, and the final judgment. Revelation ends with a vision of a new heaven and new earth, where God dwells with His people forever in peace and glory. This project was a personal study completed using the futurist view of interpretation.
