Author Biography
Barbara Van Loon is a passionate advocate for restorative justice and juvenile advocacy and serves as the criminal justice program director at Baker College. She holds a master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor’s degree in criminal psychology from Dominican University.
