DCI Frank Bailey and DI Rachel Sharp were part of the team which led to the arrest and conviction of the missing prisoner some years prior. Frank suspects they will find all the answers at Babylon but his superiors disagree. He needs evidence. Even the deaths of two men linked to his investigation is insufficient to grant him access to Babylon to question those who live there. After all they are just a large group of like-minded people with no record of any issues who live a largely self-sufficient lifestyle in the outback. Or are they?
