The original contributions contained in this book are to celebrate the 65th birthday of Andreas Herzig, a well-known logician and computer scientist working at the IRIT laboratory in Toulouse. They have been written by friends, colleagues and students of Andreas. He is a brilliant researcher and one of the main founding members of the Toulouse school of non-classical logics. That said, Andreas is also well-known in the logic and AI community for his generosity, kindness, friendliness and many other human qualities.
