A Red, White and hot murder makes for a Blue holiday.Taffy shop owner, Lydia Doherty, has always thought that the Jersey Shore is a great place to celebrate the 4th of July. Her holiday taffy production comes to a screaming halt, however, when a doctor in town dies and she becomes involved in the investigation. Lydia knows that the fiery death wasn’t an accident, and she’s determined to get to the bottom of it. There’s obviously a killer loose in town and she’ll have to act fast! When surprise visitors suddenly appear at her house, Lydia finds investigating more difficult than usual, but, she firmly resolves to solve the case before the fireworks display, so that it won’t be “lights out” for another victim.
