He is a cyberpsychologist and a leader in cybercrime investigations. Dr. McDowell previously served as the Chief of Cyber Operations for a state law enforcement agency in the USA where he led the cybercrime investigative program, several multi-jurisdictional investigations, and numerous cyber-enabled fraud task forces and working groups.
