Clyde Hugh is a recovering alcoholic from Central Pennsylvania whose journey through addiction fuels his passion for helping others. His lived experience has led him to pursue a career in addiction counseling, aiming to make a meaningful impact. Currently enrolled at Penn State University, Clyde believes substance abuse often stems from deeper mental health issues. He advocates for trauma-informed care and evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as essential for recovery.
