Judgment Must Begin at the House of God

Judgment Must Begin at the House of God, is an examination of doctrines and practices in the contemporary American church, which have transformed the faith that was originally passed down to the first Christians by Jesus and his apostles. The book identifies teachings and traditions that have infected our faith with the culture and politics of the world system. This has generated dysfunctions in the church that cause Christians to misrepresent Jesus Christ to the world. These corrupting beliefs and practices will be exposed by comparing them with the truths of God’s word, as written in the Old and New Testaments. The critical examination in this book does not question the theology of salvation; the aim is to purge the American church, through “the washing of water by the word” (Ep5:26), from leavened teachings and traditions of men that are preventing American believers from having a Christlike relationship with the rest of humankind. This purging will empower us to fulfill the purpose of our calling, which it to proclaim the gospel of the kingdom in the world, as a witness to all nations.
