Author Biography
Linda Shayne is an author, screenwriter and film and TV director. Shayne has written for Warner Brothers, Disney, Showtime, Quincy Jones and Imagine Entertainment and has directed for Nickelodeon and Paramount. Linda Shayne won a Telly Award for the “Hard Hat Harry” children’s series she wrote. Linda Shayne was inspired to create and write this children’s book by the amusing antics of her much-loved dog, Longfellow, who appeared in several feature films. Art Leonardi has been delighting audiences worldwide as an animator for Warner Brothers, Hanna-Barbera, MGM, Universal Pictures and many more. Leonardi was one of the original team of animators of the iconic “Pink Panther.“Art Leonardi won an Emmy Award for his work on the Steven Spielberg “Tiny Toon Adventures” animated TV series and was Emmy nominated for “Shelley Duvall’s Bedtime Stories.” Tomoko Miyagawa was born in Japan and attended university in the USA. She now resides in California and visits Japan often.
