She was a successful, professional visual artist for twelve years before the profound events she began experiencing compelled her to begin writing.Perpetually creative, Catherine continues to explore writing poetry, sketching, painting, knitting, sewing, cooking, reading, drywall masonry, playing the piano, gardening, and designing whatever catches her interest. She is an avid dog lover. Her most recent canine side-kick is a German shepherd named Reacher.
