Jacek Borzyszkowski is a doctor habilitated in Economics, Management, and Quality Sciences and works as an Associate Professor at WSB Merito University in Gdansk, Poland.
Beata A. Basinska is an Associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology in the Faculty of Management and Economics at Gdansk University of Technology, Poland.
Fevzi Okumus is the Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association Preeminent Chair Professor within the Hospitality Services Department at the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, USA.
