3.4.113 तिङशित् सार्वधातुकम् । Ting Affixes and affixes having श् Tag are called Sarvadhatuka, i.e. they will use the Gana Vikarna affix during conjugation process.
3.4.114 आर्धधातुकं शेषः । Rest of the affixes are called Ardhadhatuka, there is no use of gana vikarna affix.
