Author Biography
When Sharon is not writing she works as an Alternative and Holistic Therapist specialising in Spiritual Psychology, working with the Breath, and Energy Healing.
As well as working with clients, she teaches those who are called to become healers and facilitators under The Breath School
She is a lifelong student of A Course in Miracles, having studied, practiced, and taught the principles for over three decades.
Sharon lived in Ghana for thirteen years and is a certified breathwork teacher responsible for introducing the Shiyimͻ Breath to the West. She is trained in Kundalini yoga, and in the Transformational Embodiment Method.
