Abraham Salum, born in Mexico City, is the chef-owner of Salum Restaurant in Dallas. Trained in Mexico, France, and Belgium, he blends Mexican, Italian, Spanish, and Lebanese influences into refined yet approachable cuisine. Since opening Salum in 2005, he has earned acclaim for seasonal menus, global inspiration, and a warm, inclusive philosophy: honor ingredients, embrace diversity, and bring people together at the table.
