Dr. Amandola’s book is based on her recent dissertation focused on employability as a woman ages. Work has been associated with effective aging. Making this research relevant and in the hands of working people has been important.Dr. Amandola earned her PhD in Adult Learning and Leadership from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS in 2018. She has worked in corporate leadership development for over. 25 years. Currently, Dr. Amandola is a Leadership Coach at the age of 70 and beyond.
