Author Biography
Kathryn Hornbein, a retired pediatrician, enjoys birding, hiking, reading, and making music. She gets her kid fix by writing for children and volunteering in her local elementary school in Estes Park, Colorado. Cynthia Hunt lived in Ladakh, India in the Western Himalayas for over 30 years, where she founded nonprofits that empower women and youth in remote villages. She’s written and illustrated many children’s books for her development programs.
