Author Biography
This work was inspired by various acting classes and instructors throughout the author’s journey. The techniques presented are expressed in the author’s own words and reflect a personal interpretation of common performance practices. Some exercises or techniques included in this book are adapted from methods that are in the public domain or widely practiced in the theatrical community. These have been reinterpreted and expanded upon by the author to offer new insights and applications for actors. The workbook is not designed to replace acting techniques or professional training in any way.
