Years after Mother Alexandra’s repose, after reading books she had authored about her life and one about angels, I became captivated by her life and story. May her memory be eternal. As WW2 came to an end (as the Bolshevik Communists occupied her homeland and exiled her family), Mother Alexandra’s stories of strength, courage and faith during extreme circumstances inspired me greatly. However, none of her stories fascinated me as much as her childhood angelic encounter, which motivated me to write this story. How blessed we are to have Guardian Angels watching over us!

Raised in a family where faith and education were greatly valued and lived out, this first-time author shares her lifelong fascination with angels. Based on a true story, Tessa Dunn’s classic fairy tale encourages young readers to discover that no matter what fears and trials life throws at them, they have angelic guardians watching over them, sent from God Most High.As a mother and now grandmother, Tessa has a desire and passion to inspire our most precious assets, our children, and empower them to conquer life’s challenges with love, trust, family and faith. Drawing inspiration from Romania’s last reigning Princesses, including Princess Ileana, and her personal angelic encounter as a child, Tessa has created a fictional story that she hopes will bring courage, internal peace and a sense of wonder to every child.
