Award Winning author Sheila Muldoon-Faxon grew up in a bustling family on a farm in northeastern South Dakota. A proud mother of five and a loving grandmother, she delights in crafting stories that spark imagination and foster a lifelong love of reading. After a successful career in accounting, Sheila has shifted her focus to sharing the love of Christ with children through enchanting picture books. Her book Have You Ever Seen A Mantis Shrimp earned the 2025 Christlit Book Award for Excellence, recognizing her gift for creating stories that both inspire and delight. Now residing with her husband in the stunning landscapes of Wyoming, she continues to inspire young hearts through her writing.
