Dr. Craig Nathanson is an educator, author, speaker, and leadership coach. For over 25 years, he has helped people better lead themselves and others-and build more human, sustainable organizations. Known for his signature Humanistic Leadership Model (HLM©), Craig brings a soulful, systems-thinking approach to leadership rooted in self-awareness and purpose. He has taught in graduate and executive programs in the U.S., Vietnam, China, Indonesia, and Europe, and led workshops for professionals across industries and cultures. Craig is the author of multiple books, including Joyful Work: The Five Stages, The Best Manager, and The Humanistic Leader-his most personal and transformative work to date.
