Dr. Ice’s specialty is coaching physician leaders to build their personal leadership acumen as they address issues of strategy, workforce optimization, and team development in today’s dynamic health care environment. Jim earned a master’s degree in organizational strategy and a doctorate in leadership and holds several industry certifications, including Board Certified Executive Coach (CCE) and certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
