Vakiesha is a certified life coach, fitness professional, and mother of two adult daughters that she adores. She facilitates online coaching sessions for groups and individuals to help them reach their goals and highest potential. She believes that no one needs to be “fixed” but instead only guided along their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
