Member"Getting 123MB/sec sustained transfer for large files (read), and maybe 50MB/sec write performance (varies more). Very happy with the performance - USB sticks have come a long way! If you are getting slower performance make sure you have the device plugged into a USB3 and not a USB2 port. USB2 often only does 20 to 30MB per sec maximum."
