Author Biography
Colin has been creating burlesque posters and illustration for over ten years, notably as house artist for Chaz Royal’s London Burlesque Festival. His other work includes theatre and gig poster design, pinup art, sculpture and animation. Stephen Glass, who fled to Europe during WWII to England, carved out a name for himself taking pictures for such publications as The Naturist and Health and Efficiency. In addition to magazines, his work graced a series of small books; most notably Sussex Maidens (1949), Pool of Enchantment (1950) and Nudist Life in Spielplatz (1956). His brother Zoltán was also a photographer. Stephen died in 1990.
