Author Biography
Hajra S. Meeks is a Pakistani-American author-illustrator from California’s Bay Area. She is currently working on writing and illustrating culturally diverse children’s books, and producing digital, interactive works that combine art and information. She lectured at the University of California in Merced for four years and has studied children’s literature at the Vermont College of Fine Arts. Her BSc in Physics with a Minor in History was completed at the University of San Francisco and her MSc in History of International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
