J. Leslie Johnson is an avid outdoors person and dog lover. She started biking with her two Malamutes over a decade ago as a way to give them the exercise they craved. Since her dogs are Northern breeds and thrive in the cold weather, Johnson learned how to bike on ice and snow as well as on dirt and grass. She shares her many years of experience in this book and shows how the average, recreational cyclist can now learn how to bike with her dog safely.
