Bill Nole has been collecting Plasticville since childhood, and is widely regarded as one of the leading experts on Plasticville variations. He has been profiled as the “Mayor of Plasticville” in Classic Toy Trains Magazine, and through his King Distribution division, re-released classic Plasticville model kits in unique colors for collectors.
